Anchor Bay has a little terror in store for us this April 10th on Blu-ray and DVD with thier new release The Terror Experiment. When a terrorist wants to unveil the government's secret biological weapon - a weapon that turns the immediate population on itself with murderous intent - he releases it inside of a federal building of unsuspecting inhabitants.
